Job Description
The Inside Sales Manager within our Quantum Logistics Brokerage Division will oversee the day-to-day operations of his/her team by coaching, training, and supporting the daily activities of all members of the Client Sales team. He/She is responsible for the coaching and mentoring of a group of Inside Client Sales employees at Quantum Logistics. The right candidate will lead the growth and development of current accounts and new business, create and maintain SOP’s/ Best Practices, and manage a diverse group of people. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for the continued profitability of his/her team. The successful candidate will have great energy and focus, a passion for logistics, and a commitment to the growth and success of the company.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year industry experience in Shipper Sales/Logistics Brokerage

  • Communication master - ability to communicate effectively in a high stakes situation 

  • Sales professional with documented success coaching and leading a team 

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Ability to manage large amounts of information

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality



Responsibilities

  • Innovative leader, lead by example, setting a solid work ethic within your group

  • Participate in the hiring, training, development, and management of all team members

  • Conduct individual performance reviews of employees and monitor progress/results

  • Develop, review, and assist with presentations to existing and potential clients

  • Maintain oversight of all business to ensure SOP’s and Best Practices are followed

  • Participate in leadership meetings

  • Hold staff accountable for daily, weekly, monthly, annual goals and metrics 

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team goals
